Enter the email address that you use for your personals membership and Click 'Send' then check your email.

Re-enter your email address and the confirmation code that was automatically sent in the previous step. Then Click 'Reset Password'

Upon completion of Step 2 an email containing your new password will be sent to the email address that you specified for your membership.
